NO smoking inside home. Smoking is
strongly discouraged outside during summer months due to extreme fire
danger. If you need to smoke during summer it must be done in either carport
with cigarette butts extinguished in buckets of water provided.
Prices are to rent the HOME and are
NOT per person (up to 10 adults unless approved ahead of time) (Kids 12 years
and under stay FREE)

Deposits:
There is a deposit of $275 due in
advance, to hold your reservation. This will also act as your security
deposit and will be returned within 14 days of checkout assuming the
property is left clean and without damage or theft. Pets may be allowed if
discussed and approved ahead of time. The pet deposit in most cases is an
additional $100 each pet.
Full payment is due 14 days prior to
arrival date.

The road is kept plowed to the home during the winter BUT during a storm it
could take up to 3 days to be cleared. (With a Friday afternoon storm the
road may not be clean until Monday)
Bring enough food to last at least 3 days
